Executive Producer of HDTV documentaries and programs for NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation), TV Tokyo and FremantleMedia Japan. (FremantleMedia is the producer of American Idol.) Consultant to NHK concerning United States DTV implementation and progress. International consultant pertaining to HDTV program production and Japanese television program development.

Co-founded Harbor Light Entertainment, a Hollywood motion picture development and production company. Negotiated and secured the rights to remake Akira Kurosawa's classic, Rashomon.

Co-founded Lotus, Inc, a Japanese motion picture development and production company specializing in the international promotion of Japanese content. Sponsor of the Akira Kurosawa 100th Anniversary World Tour.

Co-founded Variation Entertainment Inc, a Los Angeles-Tokyo based motion picture finance company.

Responsible for the development and production of programs for broadcast in High Definition Television (HDTV) and NTSC on NHK terrestrial, satellite & high-definition networks. Producer / Director of ground-breaking HDTV documentaries. Awarded five international awards. International production consultant for joint US-Japan television production ventures such as the NHK-ABC News Twentieth Century Project. Advisor of international affairs and matters concerning contractual negotiations and communications with American organizations.
