(NATURAL SOUND)
(Narrator) A day aboard the Mohawk doesn't really have a beginning or an end. Since the ship is operational around the clock, a crew is always on duty, manning the bridge, on watch for other ships or charting the ships route.
(Felger) Helmsman, come right, steady on zero seven five.

(Helmsman) Come right, steady on zero seven five, aye.
(Narrator) At night, the ship is quiet but for the constant hum of the engine.
(Narrator) Most of the ship's enlisted personnel, grades E5 and below, sleep it tight quarters, stacked three high.
(PA System) Up, up all hands. Heave out and trice up. Now revelry.
(Narrator) At 6:30AM, revelry comes too soon for most.
